Total = correct notes × (70% + 15% intonation + 15% rhythm). A note in the wrong octave gets half credit. The app removes a constant tuning offset first, so a detuned piano or a steady flat voice is not counted as wrong notes. Rhythm compares the gaps between your notes, so your tempo can differ.
